Hi, my name is Dan. I’m the founder of The Sunrise Patisserie. I started the business after falling in love with Pasteis de nata in Porto, Portugal. On returning to the UK, I was unable to source traditional Portuguese Nata’s which tasted like the real thing! So… after months and months of hard work, I teamed up with a bakery house in Portugal and well, long story short we now import pallets of Nata’s to the UK every month.
